Lot of dislikes but I will say in one word - WORST HR TEAM .. Biased towards off roll employees.. No on roll HR were good especially Karthik Jogi ,Sanjay Gurav , Amrita, ..they just use off roll employees for work and present like they did all work.. SUMAN GHOSH worst HR head.. Rude and Biased ..don't deserve that post to be honest.

Discrimination against Maharashtrian people. Bengali, South Indian, North Indian lobbies and departments are structured according to that. Worst behaviour with Marathi people. People don’t have the right to eat their own food as they want. No non-veg allowed. Casteism runs company.

Regional managers are by designations and basically role is like an area manager catering few districts not even state. Most of the long term manpowers either don't have strong academic acumen, or don't have previous strong organisation weightage which clearly reflects in their LinkedIn / Facebook profiles.. Most of them are even unable to complete one and only general bachelor degree even in 3 years (as per course duration) and BEL is their only organisation which have some brand values. Saturday is official working though in false promises of giving half day working.. HR is just a puppet against long term manpowers where dress code is completely "boss" oriented.. Even most manpowers don't even write in proper English also.. If you butter your "boss" inspite of having zero qualifications then only u can sustain else I have to look other options.. No buy back policies as being in frontliner, 2 months notice is must to do, else not only settlement will hit but also they will treat u terminated or absconding... Being low and zero pedigree in terms of education and past exposures, the long duration manpowers neither manage to go other MNCs which they might not think in their dreams even, and they won't like if someone comes from a strong organisational as well as academic acumen unless an untill tier I colleges where they are forced to co-operate.. Company is debt free but not at all cash enriched which reflects in the amenities and avenues they provide.. and it can satisfy to those long term manpowers as per their wavelength...Read More
