I don't like this company actually they are doing fraud for middle class family to top business man.

Actually the process is explain the features about credit card through automatically generated system call to the customer if the customer needed it mean they will proceed the application for them each application have the customer's credit score.only through the credit score the loan and other some banking facilities will offer .ifthe applicants i mean customer denied for this process mean we have to cancel the process of filling the application. But actually the team leaders and manager give the pressure to all the customer relationship offices to reach the target(like they want atleast 20 application submission within 50 to 70) .so the they gave a false submission that false submission make a big issue for the customer credit score.customer's credit will decrease each of the credit card submission why because they refused to give some details through phone call so employees put a wrong details for there submission and if the customer says i didn't have enough time then the officers ask only terms and conditions if they said yes for both rest of the details filled by their own after that the bank cross verify all the details they come to know if the given details omare fake they reject the credit card application the result is the customer credit score will decrease.the managers and team leaders only they asking submission what ever the customer situation they only need workers to submit the application so so much of workers leads to did the fake submission.some of the time they called the customer twice thrice a day it leads to force them to ask a confirmation of there application and if uneducated or busy business application is received mean the officers only asking it's the confirmation call for your credit card delivery so please confirm the details and accept the terms and conditions...but on the customer side they taught oh our credit card is on the way so that's why they asking and confirm that information which was rejected by any of the reason by bank officers 3 month ago the office lrs create a new application and put all the same information and submit it it's make them credit gets low. There is no any job security work culture is very worst shift timings will be increased without any intimation management is very worst there is no any systametic HR will take actions only on TL suggestions they don't know how to handle there own works
