No Job security, long working hours, and they force you to work.. coworks are less skills and many doesn't know the process to start working with. Internal politics is the very big thing and the management doesn't know to figure it out and running projects with the same engineers... Here it's more of a cad work rather than designinganything.. Top level management managers seek the employee personal information using their juniours. which is not acceptable in the corporate culture.. Non transparent organisation.. Even a top-level management peoples doesn't know engineering. U can only servive only if ur a bestie to ur reporting manager neighter ur skilled or experienced doesn't matter. I haven't faced any challenges, As they don't do rocket science or Engineering they are just supporting their clients load what they perform on site..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
