Worked in BCG gamma, at time you work with core BCG consulting team, who are very knowledgeable and that is the best part, you learn a lot. bcg gamma is a place of politics, it is inherent in the system and the main reason is in the way it was formed, some senior folks were gathered from here and there, then they created teams of mid senior people out of their relatives and friends, and so on. Most eligible people have already left, you fill find hardly anyone 4-5 yearsold in the system apart from old uncles. increments and bonuses are non existent, people culture is very bad, they will treat you very harshly if you are sick and took some leaves....Read More
