Good compensation, HR policies. Products are world class, great channel partners.

No healthy work life balance here, employees are driven by creating fear not by motivation. No support stystem, marketing is doing absolutely nothing . Heavy sales pressure, complicated processes and there is almost zero system support in processes, 99% EOD deadlines. They trying to bring automation in process but pushing for heavy manual data work

Company provides food and cab facilities. Now the working days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Tuesday and Friday work from home.

Eating non veg inside cafeteria was made strictly prohibited. Promotion and on-site opportunities are only for people who sugar coat for management

All over company and culture is very good, staff also good..

Lots of transformation is going on in company they are directly transfer to o employees on contract basis. and if you are not agree than directly terminating to employees in very short time 1 to 2 day.. I really disappointed 😞 this company process.. really company was good but now it's not good for employees..

Offers less salary to new employees who deserves to get more salary. There is no difference between Under graduates and Post graduates in terms of salary. The employees who are holding under graduation and less percentage in academics offered more salary than the employees who are holding higher grades, awards and post graduation. HR's are not in the position to evaluate the employee and offers deserving salary based on Educational background, years of experience and technology they are working. Even the cab drivers make same salary in a month. Then why our parents spent lot of money for education since childhood. I request HR's to keep in mind to offer a salary to an employee He/She deserves to be. or else employees will keep on changing to other companies. I'm feeling shame to tell my salary to my co-employees when they said their salaries with Same years of experience and when someone working on old technology which they don't need to update latest technologies....Read More

The infrastructure is good. The company provides Breakfast and lunch , which you cannot complain about which is a good thing. Flexible work hours, Office cab , allowances for internet , WFH are good things. At the end of the day it is humans and people that makes a work place a heaven or a hell. I unfortunately happen to be in a "hell" of a team , under a particular manager, whose reputation is known to people at the office. They have the "Speak Up" culture which is great but people (especially HR) are going to stand by and watch, hearwhat you say and do probably nothing about it. Your performance is not valued much , but educational background is. The relieving experience is terrible, where your fair requests are not valued or respected. They some how think that they reserve the right to lay off people in 15 mins, but when you ask for a mere 15 days early release out of a 90 days notice, that is not in their interest....Read More
