Its quite great to work together with several members as a team,in order to function smoothly its really good to feel the needs of cooperation among team.....as we does,,,,,, training is Alyssa awesome lot n lots of new things to learn each season launch new collection amazing styles &design perfectly...i will assure u its 100℅safe to work in Bestseller company....HR policy is totally acceptable,,,,,,,,its a good place to work for fashion loving people,sytlish modern youngster, loud n restless have fun n love to work... With passion pride n path breaking performance....... Over all its a great environment to work.
Except timing,,,feel sad since there is no off on weekends..i.e. sat &sun......
When I join this company I don't know what the management hear but when I start work thier r all senior r motivat me all 3 months getting r traning How To talk to customers?, How can presnt you as sales executive ? Talk polidly & listening clearly? Keep distens on customers when you assist. Knowledge of your products? Explain the detaling on products. Many thig I get a knowledge of this traning. Almost I achieved targets and get incentives. Company provided all 6 months new uniforms for staffs.
When I Missed my targets little bit and I don't get incentives this is I don't like.
It's all ways I exiting work on my store because I passionate on my work.
Personally there was no job pressure for me(not talking about others). See when you join as a management trainee your life is totally chill. And it continues to be very well relaxed as the managers you report to are stupid af and seem to have no sense of responsibility.
THERE IS NO GROWTH! Like seriously! you will end up selling clothes for 5 years and then they'll make you an Assistant Manager where you handle 6 illiterate staff(who fight over customers).
I joined as a management trainee and was promoted as a Trainee Floor Manager in an year. Yet I was supposed to sell clothes! Basically they paid me 2 thousand bucks more to sell clothes(which i didn't).
I like to work with bestseller because this company has a good oppertunities and this company has a good incentives plan for everyone.
Nothing is dislike but there is only one thing that i very scare about this company that is if you perform 100% or more than that than you are good good performer for the company and if you goes below 100% than you will PIP(performance improovement plan) for 3 months and than if u perform more than 100% for 3 months than only you you will be continue with the company otherwise you have to leave the company.
Its good working with bestseller and i enjoy my job because its an ladies western wear brand we to suggest the the total outfits to tbe customers and its challenging for every FC(fashion consultant).
Learning new ideas of styling visual merchandising... New tech ,Customer relations ,new trends. I would like to rejoin the company 🤗
Job training for freshers should be conducted regularly.
It's challenging for me to look after the entrie counter from 10to8 ..i hav to maintain all the product. Convincing to customers. Making aware of new trends n fashion.It's nice experience to work with this company. I hav attend the Rock On.grt fun 😆
There is huge pressure with zero work life balance. Seniors and HODs tend to loose their temperament and download the pressure to store team using any possible means of communication whether it be the use of abusive words which is gradually spoiling the work environment. There is nothing to learn and grow as such till the time you are among the favourites of HODs.
It wad hectic, boring with immense pressure and no job security.
Salaries and incentive structures are good, work environment is as normal but nothing great to learn. I would say work life will be balanced and no denying for leaves. Yeah top management is good.
Dislike with SAP software, inward process is not that good leads to shrinkage. Few Useless reports which can use for nothing, SOP's are very strict but not possible to maintain few things in a store like 1800sft which is giving avg 28lk revenue.
As usual like routine day to day activities. Nothing great or nothing excitement.
On a employee loss there is huge wait for recruitment bcoz of which others have to extent their wrkng hours n more wrk load;there is no quick promotion even if u are eligible or the post is empty;more wrk less pay.
Very tyring n tuff job challenging to achieve goals always have to extend ur wrkng hours.
The company is looking for a downfall with excessive cost cuttings and quality degradation with Jack Jones( mentioned by our customers as well) and with next 4-5 years down the line will become like any other common brand and is only surviving coz of excess costs being incurred on marketing.
