Dynamic culture, Training and employee service infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

ERP POS systems are poor and easily prone to errors. Primitive register logging methods still in use. Internal support team response is average. Almost all things work purely on how good one's rapport is with everyone else.

Please don't appy for ASM if you're a strong willed individual who prefers to work independently. It's more of a 'tell and do', your ideas will be negated, you'll be expected to answer everything but hardly ever be allowed to implement anything.
