nothing I liked here in Bestseller because your boss will torture you everyday, every second for sale & nobody will help you in this. Only exception is your store does high numbers will save you. No job security, no work life balance, no development plan & only Opreation people exist here.

My only reason to rate it 5 star is the amazing culture maintained by CEO and country head Mr. Vineet Gautam.He is an inspiration to the entire organisation and in short the only person who is throughly known for his decision making for the success of the organisation.

Dislikes

Very few growth opportunities are seen after Store Manager level.A lot of partiality and politics in management which is unsuitable for a honest employee.

Incentive policy has been good.

Overall work culture is not great and there is very less learning for a store manager to grow in future. Notice period after resignation is 2 months and no company allows you to join after 2 months of hiring.
