I don't like that company I facing many problems. That company not support my personal life

That company HR manager very worst. I ask leave 3 month for personal reason but not give leave and also no consider my personal life suddenly terminate me no one knows my problem I am only say my problem with my team leader and department manager but these guys also not support me because I am only less experienced candidate. So I have very very worst experience in that company
