BharatPe interview standards

Recently attended 4 rounds of interview at BharatPe for tech lead. Technical rounds went good, director and hiring manager rounds were quiet weird bcz the questions they were asking were in appropriate, one of them literally told me that you have worked for large companies, how will you work in startup culture. Then why were you taking my interview from the beginning, why you shortlisted the profile. And how can candidate explain you in 5 mins that he has worked in fast paced environments, projects it is not that only startups that work in fast paced environments. Not sure what they think BharatPe is another google or what, but I felt management people are full of ego in this company, and quiet harsh too. Wasted my time. I think they want bharatPe to always be a startup, grow up, create some processes in the company.
