HR team is very strict and selfish in salary negotiation. They dont pay as per experience. Even a person with 10 years experience can get a salary lesser than one with 1 year. Reference matters. Even off role HR behaves like a CEO.

Poor Commitment and Leadership The company showed a lack of commitment, with a manager who was unresponsive and often resorted to bullying. No Clear Direction or Structure There was no proper process or vision in place. Everything felt chaotic and unorganized, making it hard to focus. High Employee Chrun People were leaving faster than new hires could come on board, creating a lot of instability. Lack of Originality Instead of innovating, the company seemed to copy competitors like Jio and Mi (in digital camera offerings) without understanding user needs. No proper user research was done. HR Concerns When I raised my concerns with the VP HR Business Partner (HRBP), she arrived 30 minutes late to the meeting, was very rude, and told me to either "not burn bridges" or leave. I was corporate sales and airtel gives time to adjust and perform as per the requirements HR is very strong and good manager was harsh but still always talks positive.

Dislikes

Only thing is management is somehow biased more towards the old employees than the new and they don't do much care of customers who's wholly soly the root of revenue generation, network service quality needs to be maintained
