One of the worst cultures of any company I have worked for. There is lots of politics and if you dont be a slave to your boss they will make your job conditions so bad that eventually you will have to resign. Hr is just for namesake, they won't do anything. People with no technical or job skills get promoted just because they used to do bosse's bidding and didn't have any spine to have their own opinion.
