It appears that senior designations are held by individuals closely associated with the RBH family or other known persons, and the operations head and city head seem to prioritize hiring those within their personal networks. This raises concerns about nepotism and favoritism. Furthermore, female employees face unfair treatment and harassment, with promotions potentially being granted based on personal relationships rather than merit. This creates a toxic work environment and undermines the value of hard work and dedication. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of support for employees who are not part of the favored group, with expectations to complete work even when hospitalized. The company says that we do not do partiality but there is full partiality in it. The manager supports only 2-3 big people and mentally frustrates everyone else..and there is no security of the job..it can be the last day anytime. I am a past employee..my experience says that this company is not loyal...

Very Bad work culture. Treating the Base level employees like Loading workers. Working time is more than 10 hr, No concession for girls also. Management team and HR are very bad attitude, They don't know how to run a business. They don't know how to treat the employees. No leave, for one week off you need to beg. At least you can't Sleep properly. !!! Don't Spoil your Career !!!
