Dislikes

No proper salary structure. Pathetic conditions for employees. Never give the security back to the teachers on leaving. Every program is paid for students. No clean drinking water available. No proper cleaning staff available. No electricity available for working staff in June.

Salary on time and provided fund. The primary section teachers nature and the respect they give to the librarians.

Dislikes

The way the students behave with the Librarians is really horrible. The students of the Billabong High International School used to behave really rudely with the Librarian. And when the Librarian tries to correct their mistakes those students used to back answer even they used to give bad words to the librarian which is really pathetic. And most worst thing is that after all this the management used to support the students instead of supporting the librarian. This is the major reason why in this school I had observed that not a single teacher is willing to work because in the month of March 2023 itself maximum staff members had resigned from this school by saying me that the management is not good in that school. And many staff members are still being resigning because of the students behavior and in the management no one is taking the Librarian and teachers side.
