Bione ventures private limited mein 11 month kam kiya tha utna jyada work pressure rahata hai ki employees ki koi sunta bhi nahin hai aur employees ke liye koi bhi benefits nahin Hai aur mera yahan sa fnf amount bhi nahin mila tha

Bahut jyada bekar company hai yahan per salary bhi nahin milati Hai acche se aur company Noida se chhodkar bhag Gai Hai sare employees ko nikal Diya Gaya Hai salary bhi nahin Di gai hai bahut jyada bekar Hai company

Worst company completely fraud they said working days will br from monday to saturday and after that they even wanted us to work on sundays too and when i left the copmpany they said that salary will be credited withibn 60 days when i message HR after 60 days she blocked me completely fraud company never work in this company

Except for the enthusiasm of a couple of people, there is absolutely nothing about this company to like.

Dislikes

Bione is not a company you can trust. Doesn't pay salary on time, holds salary for multiple employees at a time, and doesn't even clear the full and final payments months after employees have resigned. Joining the company has been my biggest regret. I will advice anyone reading the comment to think hard before making this decision. Overall poor company culture with ever changing strategies.
