The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
No designated work, no respect given by the concern people, too much politics, day by day work load. If u r designated in lab work and u r not supposed to even sit for one minute in ur seat. Very very worst company i ever seen. Criminal activities also seen, plant manager supports criminal activities. And the management in Mumbai but nobody taking care of the Bisleri international pvt ltd. Chennai, bangalore, Goa. Useless company. No testing no proper certifications u r forced to do illegal activities. What they given in appointment letter like leave, 8 hrs works and other benefit s no given by the concern, anyone can threaten u anyone can beat u concern will not support u rather that they will give transfer or suspend u. Personal i requesting u people don't join in Bisleri international pvt ltd.
Nothing.. I suggest to never join bisleri international as a fresher.
Bisleri Sahibabad's General Manager is fully biased.. N he can make a 'Lala ki Naukri' for you even finding you innocent without considering any truth, facts & proofs against the fake allegations.
I worked for Bareilly Location at Parsona Road (Bisleri Depo) where no proper sitting arrangement for a employee, walls are even not plastered, no proper sanitation facility, no canteen facility, long over working hours etc. I faced terrible experience.
I had a bunch of go getters with me. Supremely motivated, knows their job absolutely professional in their approach. The senior management gives you enough rope to try out new things. The sales bots were superb in their trade.
It is a politician's paradise. I don't think i need to say anything more.
It is hectic and never boring. It is difficult to keep a track of days and night in Bisleri. Challenges are plenty but at the end of the day, satisfaction comes by solving those challenges.
The company that i am working is gave me job satisfaction i love fact that i am part of a team. My team Mates are very supportive at my work place.
Low salary i am not able to full filling my family needs
My work was handling the distribution& retial marketing claints. And i have to look after day by day sales reports. Clearing the out standing from the distributiors to grow up the company finance.activation new high volume out lets& government sectors.
Pay structure, pressure to produce, poor management , policy,
Its like walking on a rope with a bamboo( skill, knowledge) tied between 2 block ( boss and colleagues) and100 ft above the ground. So balance on rope is to manage by using bamboo, rope and 2 blocks.... Becomes a everyday challenge.
