Expenses structure is not good. During Outstation Travel people have to pay from pocket either Travel fare or Food. Also online meeting schedule is not good it seems that we are working since early morning 8.00 AM to till Evening 8.00 PM whuch impact Life work- Blance & not spend with time with family properly.

Work policy: It should be 5 Days/week and all meetings should be within working hours instead of early and late evening call. from office

ASM pressure for target.. They're not ready to appreciate Always scolding and threatening like Your Salary will be hold, you need to meet PIP. The worst case is these things will happen by second month itself.
