They might hire you on good salary but conviniently find a reason to not give appraisal for 1st year. They might give you reasons like your joining tenure, if not, your tenure in a project. If you get project whose manager works from israel, try to deny or stay away from that project. Lot of history of biasedness. Indian employess don't get good hikes, and sometime no hike at all. Very conviniently he/she will deny your hike and distribute to other Israel employees. Won't recomment project from Israel at all....Read More

Benefits are good. In BMC if you get good Dev Manager then your life is good. If you get manager like Deepak Chopra your life will get ruined.

Dislike - My managers micromanagement name is - Deepak Chopra. in his last company many people left (As he was telling me about it like because of pandemic people are getting good opportunity) but in reality every body left because of his attitude and now also in BMC people are leavening because he consider himself as Shahanshah and we have to do kind of mujra in scrum call in front of him just to satisfy his ego. Company is good but manager is worst at everything. Many people are taking anxiety pills bcz of unnecessary stress. If you see from Director perspective everything is good. Just this guy doing all sort of unethical things. Old Technologies. Please dont ruin your carrier even if you get good sal here as no body is joining they have to increase sal...but if they increase sal then this guy will ask you update after evey 2 hours. and add 4-5 people to work on same thing.
