Overall BMC is good company but if you are in BMC SAAS department then you are in nuisance. Management think that just moving people here and there and firing them from JOB is their work and getting salary for it. New joiners are getting frustrated here within 3-4 months.

BMC software company is a very good company, in this time it is locked on time also people are working that wasn't fantastic if company was the support each and every person to support if company not for a person how to be help less.
