The management is highy experience and approchable, They are committed to employee growth. It has dynamic and inclusive work culture. Company places a high value on work life balance. BMC has best benifits for its employee :)

Dislikes

While company is a leading employer with many strengths, addressing areas of improvement could enhance employee experince, by not mandating certain amount of work from office hours and flexible remote working, as its a market culture these days which does not effect individual work.

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
