BMC is a really good company to work with some great facilities and good infrastructure in office premises. Plus they offer various add on facilities apart from your CTC.

Dislikes

Due to recent news of a split between BMc and Helix, they are focusing on cost cutting and future is quite unpredictable here as Helix may be acquired by some other organisation which can be good/bad.

Overall BMC is good company but if you are in BMC SAAS department then you are in nuisance. Management think that just moving people here and there and firing them from JOB is their work and getting salary for it. New joiners are getting frustrated here within 3-4 months.

They might hire you on good salary but conviniently find a reason to not give appraisal for 1st year. They might give you reasons like your joining tenure, if not, your tenure in a project.
