Good Working Culture, Subsidised Food prices, Transport facility is available but only on nortal points which is bad being in Pune of Chennai offcourse
Communication barrier between north and south region teams, specifically many from Chennai region doesn’t even know how to write a mail and not able to communicate properly what’s needed. Which ultimately is a big problem for north region people to understand what is the process flow.

Best in perks, BNY work culture is different and management is very friendly. Many people working here in same team for past 8-10 years. I can see some people are retiring here.
IJP movement from operations to technology is very less. Learning and development skills are very bookish not realistic in the project or process you work.

Hope this is not related to their English Fluency! cause it would be very strange to see North Indians complain that South Indians lack English fluency and regarding communication Barrier, there is a cold war between two top management and employees are often restricting themselves to avoid oversharing and wasn't Pune the hub actually? I believe all new Projects would go to Pune then to Chennai
