Overall Bosch culture and policies are really very good. Bosch is well-known brand and very high job security *Whatever rating given above are for Bosch Pune CC division. ** Don't consider it for all Bosch plant

Dislikes

- Policies are not common for all plants - Policies implementation are lacking in CC division of Chakan plant. - Monopoly of management not think about people - Continue calls evern after worktime
