If your manager is kannadika they always prefer the kannadika for promotion and job. If you are other states people secondary. This is the only problem I was faced in Bosch India. Otherwise excellent company to work.

The environment and atmosphere, flexibility, freedom to express, work culture, work life balance, management support, passionate towards work, support during crisis and critical time. Good colleagues life homely atmosphere.

Dislikes

The career growth is slow in this organisation for talented personal and little bit favouring in ASR, each level Leadership qualities to be demonstrated but here difficult to find. Mentor concept available but only to certain group, no career path.
