The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgroungs, and we work happily in collaboration.

Currently I am handling a relocation project, as a Project Manager, responsible for reloction of Tandem Master Cylinder machining transfer to Jaipur. Prior to this, I was handling assembly lines of Fuel Injection Pump, as a group leader.

I was an Employee of MICO, the name before BOSCH. I left Government job and Joined MICO for the name, Salary & Growth. I was very well respected by society for being MICO Employee. After BOSCH management recruited useless managers and because of their incapability and irresponsibility and no leadership qualities Bosch has lost many excellent employees and many divisions are closed.
