Dislikes: Small company with very less projects , they can’t afford people on bench . Hence job security is not there . Senior managements are not that good .

Org is a pure consulting firm mostly operating in T&M mode so projects have a very short stint post which you go back to bench pool. This keeps happening and seems to be just the way the org works sometimes leading to feeling lesser sense of stability in the job... Read More
