Work life balance but it became nuisance after Broadcom acquisition

Layoffs used to happen almost every quarter.This was almost 5 years back Not sure how it is now.

Stock option is the only positive (If you could survive the layoff)

Everything, Honestly the management is not employee friendly. They make you feel that they are paying you and you should work without asking any question. No genuine care of emplyee. No body cares just numbers matter. The politics is on a different level as the old employees will rule the prduct and will not even listen to your ideas . you will feel demotivated.

Work life balance is good and excellent pay if you are good performer and have good skills to showcase before management.Showcase is more important than how much you work.

Dislikes

insecurity in Job. Too much of layoffs and unfriendly during covid situation . employees are forced to come to office even if the work can be done from home.
