What I appreciate most about working at Buzzworks is that timely salary disbursement, ensuring financial security by receiving it on the last working day each month. Additionally, the friendly colleagues and positivity. The company also values cultural diversity, celebrating various festivals with engaging events that promote unity and joy among the team.

What I dislike about working at Buzzworks is the poor management at the Hyderabad office, where employees often feel undervalued. There is a lack of work-life balance, and unprofessional behavior is common, including the use of inappropriate language and disrespectful communication (AREY). Additionally some management display a superiority complex, with loud, disruptive behavior that undermines a professional work environment. Employees are discouraged from seeking help form colleagues, expected to sit in one place, and subjected to inappropriate comments, such as calling smoker "Chutta" and making personal remarks about employees....Read More

Buzz works was always supportive in any matter when I dint know whom and how to approach for any problem. Salary payments were also on time, correct and appropriate.

Dislikes

There was no appraisal after an year and the contractors being removed was not convincing without extension would have been good if all would have been given equal extension, though we know they are the persons to be removed from company first.
