Do not recommend to anyone join this post, better you join the company as a sales person, because before joining they said in pre sales there's no sale target, we just need to book free demos and sale depends on BDA's(salesperson) , for us confirmation of the demo nd conduction matters, after joining it was good till 3-4 months whenwe were in Bangalore office, then our manager took transfer to Kolkata, and Kolkata office,here entry time is 9:30 am but there's no exit time fixed, they make us work till 10 pm sometimes if we are unable to complete daily targets of talktime nd booking, now they changed all policies, now we need to do 3 hour of tt with bad quality leads, then booking and there is no conduction target now, we need to make 6 sales in 4 weeks otherwise exit without a second chance, so much mental pressure is there, no work life balance, even they are making us work on the 6th day without paying extra, they cut salary without a reason and say they will reimburse.... Managers,upper management don’t even know how to tackle the team without giving them pressure…. They just know how to abuse, how to disrespect the juniors, misusing employee’s situation. 1. Management is pathetic 2. There is no work life balance, do whatever you want 3. Company and management promised about growth and promotion within 6-9 months, but it's been 15-16 months. And there is 2-2.5 yr. Old employee they are still as they where. 4. In the name of Increment they increase salary by 5% 5. I got to learn how corporate can go to bottom level to save their own head
