Only one thing is ok which is about your senior and your h.o.d are good.

Dislikes

Management is very poor lots off stress. Management will terminate you any time and the reason is company have no work. Management prepare a list every year for terminate employees. H.R. department also too bad after joining the company I received my confirmation letter after 1.2 year. They will never solve your any kind of problems like P.F. insurance etc.

My work life is balanced but here is not anything to learn no job security of my job every time we scared because I don't know when management will terminate us.
