There are many aspects to positive rate for Cadila Healthcare.The most important is job security, which is very essential for every employee.Another prime benifit is skill improvement.By this, employees can put more in their job, which helps to approach the goal of organisation.It serves not only opportunity to learn but also handsome salary.
However, there are few downside too.The biggest negative thing is politics in some area.It has been observed that few authorised person select new employees by their beauty not by their knowledge,and use thier power to give them more salary package than older ones.I think this is the reason which is disturb the work culture and mind set of the other employees. At my work place some differences difference between beauty and hard work employees, which are really deserve the appreciation from management.Other common problems regarding travel, worst food quality for employees after cutting charge from their salaries.And by complaining to authorised department we got very rude answers.Please try to take actions on the following issues,which will help in grow of company and achieve its target.I am thanking to you to get my view and I expect that management will take some possible actions which will maintain the brand name in market as it is so far.
Work experience is very good,but sometimes it is very hectic and stress.
I worked with zydus for almost 10 years, where I grew from a trainee to Regional Business manager, that itself shows the amount of growth and opportunities provided by company to its employees. I m from sales team so in field no politics I don't know much about politics at HO. HR department is one part I am not satisfied with as it's so poor that it doesn't have much role in this organisation and that's the reason why your job is not secure at any given point of time . You are secured until you r a performer. Managers to cover large areas so making balance b/w life n work becomes bit difficult but then that's what managers are supposed to do 'Manage'. Salary appraisals are not so good but salary disbursement is so on time .
I liked everything about zydus , one can say I loved zydus I felt like home , that's why I spent so many years there. But everything changes the moment management change coz as I said HR is not having much of the role to play. That's the only part I didn't like .
In sales team work completely dependent on field managers , as far as company strategies are concerned it's good.
The only thing I like is the company is growing so increments are good compared to other pharma companies.
The work culture is pathetic. Its mainly top down approach wherein until and unless employees are pushed, they dont take any actions. The company lacks in basic infrastructure, systems are not there and policies are way too old. Way too many projects are carried out simultaneously and none of them is really given time to get matured. The only interest is in roll out of projects. Also the culture is of late sitting. Too many power centers are prevailing in the system. The top is too heavy and get all the privileges.
Boring, boring, boring. Time is wasted in useless data activities as the company lacks systems.
Training is very good for indian pharma market, market view & skill input given by training team.
Provide a Spirit from HO to grow in market as well as in carrier to touch the sky in sales & Marketing.
Immidiate Senior Disturb the team for unethical sales & increase attrition rate that Create Negative Impact for the company in market place,
while company at their level is not Supporting or forcing for the same.
It was very intresting & Performing throughout, wins lot of compaign,tour ,gold ,prizes etc.

Company culture is very friendly and helpful. Employee engagement activities by involving spouse and kids are really refreshing.
Salary structure needs to be improve according to market rates. If you working for a long period you may behind in salary. New joiner gets good salary but by the time not getting much growth in salary.
Camila Healthcare Ltd has very bad HR and management system. They are not staying on their own commitment. I m classical example for the same. They failed on their commitment. They block my designation and my salary what ever they committed on written basis.
Work is very enjoying. Because of management harresment employees are not focusing on their working profile.
Good carrier growth with profrsnalim learning with identity the people, but due to some wrong person entry from outside all growth of organization going to down fall, but old is gold is must with each company members .
Good training team mates job security is there politics is on heigher side, rest is too good. But buttering is must.
