Giving too high a target that makes the customer run away and scream and GM of Delhi says anything to any team member and store manager without thinking Whereas some people pay more attention to girls than work and even if someone is working hard, it has no value. They work excessive overtime for which no money is paid and if the target is not achieved it is paid from their salary. If someone does not have his own vehicle or because of money he has to go home from complete their night shift, then the GM " Mr. RAHUL JAIRATH" makes him work forcibly or goes by cab and asks him to pay money to the company. Today it has been 5 months since I left you and till now the company has not paid me my salary and no one is taking any action for this. Nothing,You won't get Laptop and system,No simcard and mobile for company work purpose,you will be told that company will support you but it would be at your own.

Salary is always delayed,Your Daily expenses of in station and out station both will come after 4-5 months of current month 😂😂 They will ask for reports but they won't give you system. You will be expected to visit without visiting cards 😂
