Everything is good but sooooo much sale presse they give us sale target and harassment us if we not achieved target they abuse me manager and aera manager.

Company not provide to from team mamber facility like off and they forces me to work continue more then 9 house. Managers always give to warning to fire you. Giving too high a target that makes the customer run away and scream and GM of Delhi says anything to any team member and store manager without thinking Whereas some people pay more attention to girls than work and even if someone is working hard, it has no value. They work excessive overtime for which no money is paid and if the target is not achieved it is paid from their salary. If someone does not have his own vehicle or because of money he has to go home from complete their night shift, then the GM " Mr. RAHUL JAIRATH" makes him work forcibly or goes by cab and asks him to pay money to the company. Today it has been 5 months since I left you and till now the company has not paid me my salary and no one is taking any action for this. My family is very worried, so I request the company "Mrs. MALAVIKA HEGDE" owner of this Company "CCD (Cofe Day Global Limited) " to please give me my salary otherwise I will file a case against them in the main court because my salary is not being paid. Main thing is salary and when we works here they order us to do everything, but when we resign the job they can’t even provide a piece of paper like experience, brewmaster certificate etc. and other thing is really difficult to take some leaves if they’re experienced person because lack of staff shortage
