Nothing,You won't get Laptop and system,No simcard and mobile for company work purpose,you will be told that company will support you but it would be at your own.

Dislikes

Salary is always delayed,Your Daily expenses of in station and out station both will come after 4-5 months of current month 😂😂 They will ask for reports but they won't give you system. You will be expected to visit without visiting cards 😂

There are limited learning opportunities but the higher management is very understanding and supportive. You will get very good work-life balance but the conveyance policy needs to be updated. Overall it will be a good experience.

Dislikes

Salaries need to be restructured and conveyance policy needs to be updated. In upcountry locations, the company lacks good working environment. Work life balance is good but there is limited career growth.

Work Details

I handle two states and Service Engineers and Supervisors report to me. All the service activities like Installation, Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance, client visits are handled by me.
