Giving too high a target that makes the customer run away and scream and GM of Delhi says anything to any team member and store manager without thinking Whereas some people pay more attention to girls than work and even if someone is working hard, it has no value. They work excessive overtime for which no money is paid and if the target is not achieved it is paid from their salary. If someone does not have his own vehicle or because of money he has to go home from complete their night shift, then the GM " Mr. RAHUL JAIRATH" makes him work forcibly or goes by cab and asks him to pay money to the company. Today it has been 5 months since I left you and till now the company has not paid me my salary and no one is taking any action for this. My family is very worried, so I request the company "Mrs. MALAVIKA HEGDE" owner of this Company "CCD (Cofe Day Global Limited) " to please give me my salary otherwise I will file a case against them in the main court because my salary is not being paid. This is one of the dislike job in my life, I have seen worst company ever, there is no staff requirement, there is no support from other staff and the salary also very very very very terrible, I never face these kind of situation which I have faced in cafe coffee day....
