Dress code , formals are uncomfortable to wear daily, i think people express themselves through their dressing, I know it can't be more fashionable cause we're working in a company, but atleast allow wear like tshirt, normal jeans , casual shoes to feel comfortably and to work comfortably.

This is right time to join in CAMS anyone, cams is ready to give more package beyond your expectation. But but but.... As per company policy, they will deduct 15 / 30 days salary be ready. As per company policy, the gain will not be shared to the employee & loss will be charged to the employee. Management statement is " we are not running any trust ". Top management is forget if any mistakes are responsible to all cxos. No deduction that level. How employee will manage without 15days salary. This is reason more attrition in CAMS . New CXOs are joining in CAMS & overtime convenance is stopped in low level. No job security, anytime the company will sack in any position. We are ready to stand in middle of the road with our family. No work life balance. Don't take from company laptop otherwise you will stand in laptop only . 36 days leave will provide & 24 days WFH. No benefit simply waste. HR will not see all these, how the water bottle shapes are changing at the time of management changing. HR application only changing new management & no employee benefit. HR will gets good appraisal based on new application with high cost....Read More

Good platform to learn about financial services industry, it's operational architecture and allied systems and applications

Very hard to find positives here but if one HAS to come up with something, we can say that there is a lot of opportunity for people to get their hands dirty when it comes to working on projects. You get no guidance or feedback and need to figure stuff on your own. A constant push for ownership will keep you running around addressingevery little task even if it is outside your scope. Since you will be held accountable for every single mishap that happens anywhere else in the company, you learn to be on top of things. Well, at least you can come out and say that you were "forged by fire"....Read More
1. Managers who are insensitive and lack accountability - they will throw you under the bus when something goes wrong but seldom give credit when something goes right. They lack professionalism and basic courtesy. There have even been instances where the employee was expected to complete some task when they were on leave for bereavement. Multiple good resources have quit citing a particular manager as the reason and guess what - the manager was promoted to senior manager while the resources have been let go. 2. No replacement for people leaving - this results in existing team's burden increasing without a corresponding increase in the reward for them. This results in more people quitting and hence perpetuating the vicious cycle. 3. Moving the goal-post when it comes to achievements - despite having regular check-ins wrt expectations and requirements for promotions, people constantly find themselves being told that "you did X, but you were expected to do X+Y". When X+Y is done, they are told that "the actual goal is X+Y+Z" and so on, thus ensuring that no one is eligible for promotions, while simultaneously getting more work extracted. 4. Constant shuffling and restructuring of the team combined with a steady stream of exits make it a very unstable work environment. 5. Gaslighting to make people feel like they are not good managers and that they will not make it elsewhere. 6. Employing threats to get work done - "your confirmation will be put on hold", "your hike is on the line" are some phrases one can expect to hear every week, especially around year-end. 7. Lack of structure for promotions and hikes. Leads to a lot of dissonance amongst the team members. 8. Impossible deadlines with no OT or comp-off - invariably, you will be expected to work on all saturdays and sundays (because of some release or the other) but you cannot expect comp off or OT....Read More
