The way HR fools you by not disclosing their so important company policy. Giving you high salary packages, as a trap.

First of all and so important thing .. This company has a policy that after 3 months, if you will not able to achieve their targets which is so high according to their 3rd class branches, they will give you PIP, and within a month they will terminate you easily if your numbers are missed by any cause, they don't care . And the surprise is... No one will tell you about this policy till you joined here, so be careful if you have enough courage to risk your job security. The HR the management no one will support you here literally no one. Before coming here I worked with many insurance company like hdfc, max life , ICICI prudential, but nothing .. seriously nothing is worst like this company. Their reporting managers don't know anything about the process but they only know how to cut your salary... Everyone is here to blaming you only that all your fault. Before joining here I was a good performer in my job i know how to work , in my previous companies I have lots of achievements, but after joining here I loose my self confidence, I loose my mental health, I loose my peace of mind. And all this I got within 4 months of joining. I have resigned here and not expecting to join this company again ever in my life, worst worst worst experience. I will never let go here anyone from my friends and my reference. Suggestion for everyone. I don't have option to give less star than 1 . Every feedback here which show more than 3 star is could be fake or from the higher management or HR or the any lucky person here who got business easily. Worst product they have. They do so much miss sale in branch. Numbers of complaints have registered against their of miss selling. If you are able to do miss sale or Miss guide to the customer, only than you can stay here last long otherwise I bet you.... You won't stay here for long....Read More

Nothing at all!! The worst company you can ever work for. Toxic work culture and HR is a puppet in the hands of the management. Management says take this person out (because one manager does not like that person), and the HR for no good reason would do everything to throw that employee out for no good reason. The management will noteven talk to that person and share the reason, they will act very cold and create a very toxic and sterile environment for that employee....Read More

Sachin Dutta - A manager who is made the coo (he does not even deserve a designation in capitals, he’s that bad) because he is good at buttering. He does not know anything about business, processes and execution. His own DR’s know this very well, but cannot do much because the CEO wants someone foolish for this role so that his position is safeguarded and there is no one who can replace him. A COO should have good people skills, should be inspirational, but he is a BIG ZERO at all this. Kiran Yadav - The HR is a puppet in the hands of the management. If Sachin Dutta does not like an employee, the HR would do anything to throw that employee out for no good reason. They would make some faulty stories, like to one employee they said that your department is getting closed. Bank managers always used to tell don’t work in Canara HSBC they are cheaters, they tell achievements recognition after archiving they will not do what they said. Unfortunately, there was also a sense of partiality, with only certain individuals receiving favorable ratings, hikes, or promotions. The workflow lacked a systematic approach, which sometimes hindered efficiency.

Dislikes

Everything is unorganised, KPI guidelines for trainer are 70% sales and 30% input parameters.. Claims don't get settled for more than a month. No TTT and 0 hand holding. Inductions happen after a month for a new joiner. No respect for Trainers also 0 support from internal stakeholders.

No clarity on holidays to employees of bancassurance. If banks are opened we have to go to bank even if HO has holiday. If bank has holiday and HO doesn't we have to visit there in HO.

I love to work here because of this is the tie up of a Government Bank i.e, Canara Bank with HSBC Bank makes me work here

Salary, travelling claims and other claims were not satisfied because I am not getting those as per the discussion during the interview. And also the target is not as the HR said during the interview.
