No team work, no trainings, no KT, joined within 3 months PIP. ... STILL MANY MORE. From my end or my point of opinion, I can't not suggest to anyone.

Work life balance is so much that junior / reportee are away for hours, non answerable for hours. Every one reporting to common senior manager in a team. Associate consultant to manager. In that case you may find it difficult. Associate consultant and manager playing same role and may be not in hierarchy so not accountable to you. Hike negligible 1-2 percentage, 0 even without any clarification. Recognition issue. Leave only 22. Onsite very very very less. Switching project very very difficult even after lock in of 18 months. Location transfer is conditional, can't resign for next 1 year. Average appraisal. Forceful capability contribution considered in appraisal, interviews without any pay, on weekends also. Hours online software. 12 days month mandatory wfo. Lack of quality work....Read More

There is no job security, they'll terminate us anytime they want if there are no projects. The manger will threaten you to resign and says that it's not a warning. The work culture is toxic. Everytime we should be sacred of what will happen next. They can raise pip anytime they want without seeing our previous works.

It's good if you get into a non legacy project. It mostly depends on the client that you work with from where you will learn well.

Project Change is difficult unless you have reasons that fit the situation and proofof concept if moving to another technology, Pqy is very less compared to market standards.
