It's you who navigate and choose to grow based on your hunger and ambition. I saw my colleague who had no hungers as they had no responsibility tonpay huge emi sk they enjoy whatever company pays.

I like the shift because most of the projects in Capgemini is European based. So chances are you will not get night shift this is especially for seniors.

Review of my experience at Capgemini. I worked at Capgemini, giving my best efforts to the project I was assigned. Unfortunately, my time at the company was marred by the unprofessional and inhuman behavior of my manager, which ultimately led to my termination. Despite my hard work and dedication, I was given the lowest performance rating. This rating was unfair and has had a significant impact on my career. When I asked my manager for the reasons behind this rating, he stated that he wasn't aware of the consequences of giving such a low rating. Also in a separate call with my manager, he promised me that he will try to help me from the HR in the discussion with them but he totally spoke against me in the call with HR discussion. If he had concerns about my performance, he could have released me from the project, allowing me the opportunity to contribute to another one within the company. Instead, his careless decision has spoiled my professional journey. I approached HR to raise my concerns, hoping for a fair hearing. However, HR was dismissive of my situation and instructed me to resign the job immediately without offering any solution and support. This lack of empathy and accountability from both my manager and HR made me feel undervalued and mistreated. I am sharing this experience so that future employees are aware of how situations like mine can arise with Capgemini. If you find yourself in a difficult situation, I urge you to take proactive steps and ensure you have the support. If you think you want to work with Capgemini, think twice and take appropriate decision that will give you a smooth journey in your career. coming to salary, for freshers salary is very less. just 4LPA and after that they will not give any appraisal or promotions. they will give 7 to 10% increment every financial year.

Learning opportunities are great. We can get multiple resources to learn free of cost. Even training conducted are decently good.

Dislikes

Senior management is pathetic. You can see demanding and unprofessional communication from most of senior management. Forget about hikes and appraisals. Overall atmosphere is biased and not very comfortable. Can work upto 2 years max. There are multiple accounts where management is not proper and biased.

Your job is not secure, If you are on for 2-3 times you will get Hr call and they force you to resign without any prior intemations they didn't accept their fault how a man can get project without interview scheduled by Staffing patner.
