Good work culture, work life balance.

Dislikes

Worst compensation. Designations does not matter. You get 6% hike even if you get promoted with very low salary. But the responsibilities you get for the promotion will be as if they compensated you well and good. Not sure HR has a heart in this company. If you try talking with them, they will divert you from the topic of salary discussion and will try to get away from that conversation.

i have very bad expeirenence with this comany inface some of many family & friends also suffered very bad behaviour here. Manager dosen't supported infact HR Supported only manager not to employee. 1. Company politics preside over individual skills I can say this for 200/100 2. Promotion and appraisal is worst 3. Salary and benefits you can forgot, that is only for politics guys
