Despite my hard work and dedication, I faced termination due to a past employment issue. I was transparent about it, took responsibility, and requested a regular relieving and experience letter, but the company still marked my exit as “Termination,” which felt unfair. Nothing is good in the company. They only somehow showcase a good reputation. It does not behave like a level 5 company. It was once a very good employee friendly org. Now the higher management has worst people making worst policies and the company ethics is nonsense.

1. No salary hike (If you do not have connection) 2. No promotion (if you do not have connection or licking manager's feet) 3. Poor management. 4. HR/RMs do not behave properly. 5. Any business unit can impose any policy even if it is not company policy 5. Anyone in senior management will call you any time (out of office hours and even you are on sick leave) - without any emergency 6. Long time bench period for freshers. Not a good choice for freshers. For me it's nearly 2.6 years still no projects and they are trying different ways to terminate bench people.

There is nothing much big or positive to tell about Capgemini. It's really worst MNC. Annual appraisal is very compare to other MNC. There is no growth. If you get promotion also there will be no much changes in your salary.. One good thing is that you may get retention bonus if you are a good performer. It is subject to certain rules.

Great team managers and leaders. Decent perks and annual hikes for performers. Fantastic office campus with great facilities. Moderately good flexibility in office hours and remote work.

Dislikes

Annual Leave policy is lower than industry standard. Mandatory back to office without considering project requirements is bit illogical. Work arrangements need to be more logical and in sync with individuals instead of a one size fits all approach.
