Capgemini believes in work life balance. We used to have furloughs. Otherwise also tasks were not rushed. Sufficient time was given for each task. In case the task required to be hurried, time was later given to relax, before starting a new task. Trainings were good and knowledgeable. You were never denied leaves, provided you applied atleast 45 days in advance, for long leaves. Otherwise also managers and team leads were good and understanding. As mentioned, job stability was not there. Once you are out of a project and HRs are not showing enough interest to get you interviews for new projects, you should understand that the company wants you to quit. You would immediately understand this shift in behaviour, once you are out of a project and no one contacts you for next three weeks.

Freshers don't get opportunities to get tagged in project. The promotion and appraisal are messed up, I didn't got any appraisal or even promotion working for 2 years. Communication is not straight forward. Working overtime and on weekends has became a norm. There are no incentive for a freshers continuing working in this organization.
