It's very good for new joiner not for experienced person.

I am serving CG more then 31 months but no promotion or salary hike they are giving 1 to 2 percent hike for 2 years. We canot easily connect with HR. TL and Managers are ultimate.

This company though MNC for out siders , internally this company work culture is like back office to US and Europe mangers. Most of the managers don't have any authority in India, all managers are like Operations managers or recruitment managers. This company is Mumbai centric , No growth , No focus no Value for people from other centers like Bangalore . Hyderabad. Capgemini is like group of small companies managed , Very difficult move from one Unit to other unit. If any one comes on bench moving from one unit to other units is not easy. RMG the worst team ,actually responsible for assigning an employee to a project, but will try to assign a java developer to a salesforce even though you have cleared java project interview.
