Leadership team is pathetic especially HSBC client related. Only thing we can learn from them is how a leadership team can not behave. Such a mediocre mentality and cheap thoughts. They were never a leader... Not even once in their whole leadership experience I am sure. We should definitely blame people who promoted them or recruited them to those roles. Dislikes

They hire people from north India and won't give them transfer even though there are offices in north India. Also, linguistic issues prevail in south, people can't even speak in English, even though they are technically fine they can't converse with client and lag behind.

I appreciate the collaborative work culture at Capgemini, where learning is continuous and team support is strong. The exposure to cutting-edge technologies and diverse projects has helped me grow both technically and professionally.

Dislikes

Sometimes it takes time to get assigned to a project, which can be a bit frustrating. But once the work starts, things usually go smoothly.

Capgemini had a good team culture and I enjoyed working there as I had the opportunity to climb up my carrer ladder.Ofcourse the managers arevthere to help at time of emotional or mental crisis.I applaud such managers and for being at the least concerned and allowing the employee to make their desicion.

irrespective of few managers and good work culture the office politics affect and the favourism had shown its own effect on me.when I mentioned about manager I was not comfortable or willing to work with.My requestz were not met due to deadlines.I respect that but not at the cause of repeated requests and at some point I understood the office politics

I liked about the timely promotions for freshers and salary hikes. But it again depends on the work we do. Company culture is again dependent on the type of work and the nature of people we work with. Overall my experience at Capgemini was good, but fewer opportunities to explore employees interests. I have experienced my requests being delayed in addressing or the managers try to postpone solving employees requests and isues asking them to adjust for a few more months....Read More

Toxic Managers, office politics, Employees forming Groups and Gangs, Gossiping, Managers not able to question clients and just agreeing to what the clients blindly to whatever the clients say.

Higher management is very friendly Ethical behaviour in organisation No one tries to force you do something which is not under your scope(other than your project work) Location chnage is possible Hybrid work mode is also very flexible(for experienced resource) For freshers it's mandatory WFO You will get nice CTC while joining as an experienced resource. No dress code you can come as you want

No salary hikes but you get promotion 😂(so the CTC you joined should should be high and capgemini give high package while joining as an experienced resource, so won't be any increments further) No bonus Other than this nothing much I observed bad here

Salary is not as per market standards. They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . Cannot leave a project , you would have to quit the job or face a lot other repercussion in the process of leaving a project voluntarily . No flexibility in that sense. . Cannot change your domain . Company is full of politics . No other perks , no benefits , the medical insurance policy is also not good ( any claim is bound to be rejected ) .
