Dislikes

Poor hike in pay year after year with most years gone without any. Many managers not invested in their resources. The project culture like in most service companies makes one feel that one is merely a head count rather than a person. Unless you work alongside a good manager, it seems like you are on your own to forge your career in the company.

Annual increment percentage is very low. Although they do have quarterly promotions but again promotion hike is also less. Medical insurance for parents and inlaws is expensive.

Many a times, they deploy resources at client location due to which there is no visibility of yiur work.CG being a consulting organization, this type of body shopping is not expected.
