coming to salary, for freshers salary is very less. just 4LPA and after that they will not give any appraisal or promotions. they will give 7 to 10% increment every financial year.

Learning opportunities are great. We can get multiple resources to learn free of cost. Even training conducted are decently good.

Dislikes

Senior management is pathetic. You can see demanding and unprofessional communication from most of senior management. Forget about hikes and appraisals. Overall atmosphere is biased and not very comfortable. Can work upto 2 years max. There are multiple accounts where management is not proper and biased.

Work Life Balance was good but Due to some Toxic Program manager it ruined the same, They use to ping any time at Sunday or Night, All manual activity we have to do take approval, downtime, troubleshoot and collect the evidence which is not easy for more than 24k servers. Earlier it was good we have to guide the other team for troubleshooting and they use to take care of the downtime. And complete Manual Report which they force us to create daily were as its required only once in a month. Higher management don't listen to you they will keep on saying you don't have any work and keep on demotivating team, Chance of Changing project is also not easy. Chance or learning also is not there you have to stuck with the same product and all the manual activities.
