Salary comes on time rest no positive to say

Dislikes

9.30hours , no leaves for Indian holiday's, bad work culture, micro monitoring tool installed on laptops to ensure what we are doing on daily routines , no appraisal , no hikes/no bonus, No benefits to employee even working on complete nyt shifts. Capgemini is not following Indian culture

Women Employees are not respected and there is harassment by High-level management in the workplace. Despite raising the complaint no action has been taken. It's noted HR is part of it.
