Everything. Recruited me in Java role, placed in devops oriented monitoring role which I had no relation in skill set wise. Had to learn and deliver 5-6 new technologies/scripting languages in first 4 months. Pathetic managers and higher management, full of micromanagement, has software oriented hours monitoring in laptop. Lots of work pressure, burnout, no work life balance. Very few leaves will be approved by manager. Bad rating and suddenly project change and the cycle repeats. Nightmare for normal software developers....Read More

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
