No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do

learning & development. new skill upgradation, vouchers provided but ironically experience people needed for new skills technology no use to upskill if no work opportunity given?

Dislikes

internal company transfer is a pain. i got salary 1 week late despite updating all details from backend on time. after 3-4months i was shocked to see extra 6000 deducted for food coupons sodexho. 200k was already been deducted. Also 25k deducted as ESOP emi really shocking all emi for esop had been paid form nov2020 -march2021. RMG is pathetic.
