Salary comes on time rest no positive to say

9.30hours , no leaves for Indian holiday's, bad work culture, micro monitoring tool installed on laptops to ensure what we are doing on daily routines , no appraisal , no hikes/no bonus, No benefits to employee even working on complete nyt shifts. Capgemini is not following Indian culture

Cimparitively many projects with some multi year projects

Dislikes

Strategy, top mgmt unaware of ground reality, incompetent mgmt, not generous in pay, dumb moving up the ladder which creates problem during execution, slow growth, many more factors are there

Work life balance depends on the type of projects. When the pyramid structure has more freshers and juniors, forget work life balance

Every aspect in Capgemini is new thing. I see enormous skill development and leanings in every domain. Also having plethora of options available under Care growth and opportunities.

Dislikes

I haven’t seen anything disliking things in Capgemini since I am here for the past 12 years.

The compensation and appraisal amounts can be designed to save more tax. In India, the tax structure is really not friendly.
