Capgemini hire and keep candidates for project not yet confirmed for them and lay off the candidate in 3 to 6 months after holding in bench saying they don't have projects, very poor resource management.

No, if you have no other options then go for it.

Knowledge is valued, respect is not there and work culture like labour class, don't expect any help from HR or management if you are 100% true and product live as well, if your manager is toxic and untruth then also manager's untruth will be supported.
